Community Appearance Specialist (Groundskeeper)

Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Community Appearance Specialist - Groundskeeper to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, as well as cleaning interior spaces including offices, clubhouse, apartments and common areas. They will also help with monthly inspections.

Duties

• Exterior / Groundskeeping
• Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the property exterior
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Clean breezeways, sidewalks, parking areas, and common outdoor spaces
• Assist with general exterior upkeep to enhance curb appeal
• Pressure washing
• Painting parking lot lines
• Maintaining shrubs, changing out mulch to rock in landscaping beds, spraying for weeds
• Pool Cleaning - Including Chemicals (Will be trained)

Experience

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Position Details:

• Full-time position
• Annual 40 hours PTO offered
• Insurance benefits - not offered.

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
