Community Associate

About the Role

INFINITY8 is one of Malaysia's leading Co-working space provider, ISO9001 certified by TÜV, with over 14 premium locations across Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Penang.

As a Community Associate, you are the face of INFINITY8 at your assigned branch. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by handling enquiries efficiently and professionally, managing accurate data entry and timely submission of backend documentation for your assigned branch, actively supporting marketing and event initiatives, fostering strong relationships and effective communication among co-working members, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment that reflects the company’s brand image, and continuously developing your communication and operational skills while working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the overall success of the branch.

What You'll Do

1. INFINITY8 Brand & Business Ambassador

• Act as the primary ambassador and representative of INFINITY8 at the assigned branch, ensuring every member, visitor and prospect receives a professional and consistent INFINITY8 experience.
• Possess strong knowledge of INFINITY8’s full range of products and services, and confidently communicate our value proposition, facilities and corporate solutions to members, prospects and business visitors.
• Identify customer needs and connect them with relevant INFINITY8 solutions, including coworking, meeting spaces, recruitment, EOR & HR services and other corporate solutions.

2. Branch-in-Charge & Daily Operations

• Take ownership of the day-to-day operations and overall readiness of the assigned branch, ensuring the workspace is professional, well-maintained, safe and operating according to company SOPs.
• Manage branch administration, member onboarding, tenancy documentation, facilities, service issues and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
• Monitor branch operational matters and proactively resolve issues or escalate them to the Operations Manager when required.

3. Community & Member Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with members and create an engaged, welcoming and professional community within the branch.
• Proactively understand member needs, gather feedback and ensure concerns are followed through to resolution.
• Plan and execute community activities, networking opportunities and branch events that strengthen member engagement and the overall INFINITY8 experience.

4. Commercial Support & Opportunity Generation

• Support the growth of the branch by identifying sales opportunities, referrals, upselling and cross-selling opportunities through daily interactions with members, visitors and prospects.
• Conduct professional workspace tours and present INFINITY8’s products and services based on the prospect's business needs.
• Work closely with the Sales and relevant business teams to ensure leads and opportunities are properly qualified, handed over and followed up.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Public Relations, Management, or a related discipline.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in coworking space, property management, hospitality, customer service, hotel, retail, or other customer-facing environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools for daily operations.
• Multilingual proficiency – able to communicate confidently in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with proficiency in one additional language to better serve our diverse international community.
• Positive, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Johor Bahru: Monday to Thursday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm), Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm)

KL, Selangor & Penang: Monday to Thursday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm), Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
