Mesa School of Business is a new-age business school based in Bangalore, focused on building leaders for the startup ecosystem. We work closely with founders, operators, and industry leaders to create practical learning experiences that bridge the gap between education and real-world business.

Alongside our academic programs, we also build communities that bring together practitioners from across industries to learn, collaborate, and grow together.

Talent Mosaic is one such initiative - a curated community of HR, Talent Acquisition, and People & Culture leaders across cities. Through meetups, learning experiences, and curated content, Talent Mosaic aims to become a trusted space where HR professionals exchange ideas, sharpen their craft, and grow together.

Role Summary

As a Community Associate , you will help build and scale the Talent Mosaic Community across cities. Your role will focus on designing meaningful experiences that introduce the Mesa community to new audiences and create reasons for members to stay engaged.

You will shape how people first discover the community and how they continue to learn, connect, and contribute over time.

What will you own?

• Community & Events : Build engagement across online + offline formats and create experiences members genuinely want to be part of. Take events end-to-end: ideation, speakers, invites, agenda, logistics and execution.

• Content & Shoots: Work with HR leaders to create podcasts, interviews, reels, conversations and new content formats; from concept → context → shoot → publish.

• Strategy & New Initiatives: Spot interesting HR trends, startup news, policy changes, workplace conversations and community insights and figure out what’s worth talking about, who should talk about it, and how to make it interesting.

Think : What should Talent Mosaic do next? New formats, partnerships, roundtables, dinners, peer circles, newsletters and collaborations.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who has built communities, run events, worked on shoots and created content and knows how to take an idea from “we should do this” → “it’s live.”

We’re looking for someone who can create context, someone who understands what people will find interesting and knows how to turn that into the right story, person and format. You should be comfortable working with senior people, managing multiple moving pieces and getting things done.

Plus points if you understand HR and the startup ecosystem.
