What they need
We are looking to add a Licensed Community Association Manager to our team.
This is an onsite position managing one association. The applicant MUST HAVE an active Community Association Manager (CAM) license through Nevada Real Estate Division.
The CAM is responsible for the administration, operation & maintenance of the community, enforcing the governing documents, inspections, conducting board meetings & budgeting.
