Community Association Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Florida Licensed Community Association Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for howeowners', providing exceptional customer service and support. You will play a crucial role in managing community relations, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of owners. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking skills, a background in property management, and be familiar with basic office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between owners and management, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize RentManager software for managing owner accounts, tracking payments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Interact with property inspector on a regular basis to ensure maintenance standards are met.
• Provide administrative support including Association Meetings, billings, mailings, filing, organizing documents, etc.
• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls from owners and/or tenants and vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in homeowner property management is required.
• Familiarity with property management software systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of real estate administrative practices and relevant laws is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily operations.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
