- Assist Boards with rule enforcement and communication with homeowners.
- Coordinate community vendors and contractors, including follow-up on service needs and projects.
- Help Boards review financial statements, prepare budgets, and monitor community finances.
- Organize, prepare for, and lead Board meetings, annual meetings, elections, and other community events.
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, correspondence, and other administrative documentation.
- Attend occasional evening meetings, both in person and virtually.
- Balance multiple priorities while providing responsive, high-quality customer service.

- Candidates with extensive, client-facing customer-service experience such as hospitality, restaurant, call center, retail, or similar environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
- 1 – 3 years of HOA or community association management experience is preferred but not required.
- A proactive, adaptable and independent approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple communities, projects, and deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand financial statements and assist with budget preparation.
