Community Base Restorative Therapy Aide

We are seeking a reliable, energetic person who can assist with a variety of tasks to help maximize independence. The position offers flexible scheduling that works around your program's schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs, including IADLS
• Gain hands-on experience using a variety of equipment to support Support safe funtional mobility, positioning, and transfers
• Help maintain functional independence by working on strengthening mobility exercises.
• Learn about community resources to support academic and professional development.
• Help and participate in fun adaptve activities in the Southern California area.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a healthcare-related program (OT, COTA, PT, nursing, pre-med, kinesiology, etc.)
• Professional, dependable, and respectful
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans
• Comfortable working with adults with physical disabilities
• Reliable transportation and safe driving record with proof of insurance
• Ability to pass a background check

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
