Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Support the implementation of individualized care plans tailored to each person's needs
• Help with daily activities including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household chores
• Maintain clear and compassionate communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and report any concerns or incidents promptly
• Use IT systems to update care records accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Valid driving license and ability to drive safely in various conditions
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and adapt to individual needs
• Good IT literacy for updating records and using digital communication tools
• Strong interpersonal skills with a caring attitude towards residents or clients
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
