Duties

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
• Support medication administration following proper protocols and documentation procedures
• Nutrition and hydration
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
• Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed
• Manage behavior challenges with patience and effective techniques
• Monitor health status and report changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly

Skills

• Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, home care or Community environments is highly valued
• Strong patient care skills with a focus on dignity and respect for clients’ independence
• Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer’s, hospice, and senior care best practices
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and team members
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for transportation duties
• Competence in behavior management techniques tailored to individual needs
• Capable of performing light physical tasks including meal preparation and household chores

Currently we are are looking for FEMALE DRIVERS only to work within the community Coventry Area.

Required shifts 7 am till 1:400 or 16:00 till 22:00, every other weekend work is required.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Work Location: In person
