The Role

As a community based Care Worker, you will travel between clients' homes, delivering person centred care that is tailored to each individual.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and hygiene support
• Administering and prompting medication
• Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring good nutrition
• Providing valuable companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with light household tasks as needed
• Encouraging independence and community involvement

What We Are Looking For

• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• The ability to travel independently between clients' homes
• A truly caring, compassionate, and professional approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible and reliable nature
