  • Coordinate and support Girl Scouts participating in cookie booths, including securing booth locations in the South Bay.
  • Plan and host two to three end-of-season celebration events recognizing Girl Scout achievements.
  • Maintain effective communication with Girl Scouts, families, volunteers, and council staff while completing required administrative tasks and records.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience working with youth in educational, nonprofit, or community-based settings.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate with a team.

  • Evening and occasional weekend availability during the cookie season.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; Spanish or Vietnamese language skills are a plus.
