About The Position Start Club Corp is hiring a Community Coordinator to support brand and marketing strategy, market research, promotional campaigns, events, customer engagement, and communications. This role is centered on work where you will support brand consistency, audience communication, and community engagement. It is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Contribute

• Maintain brand messaging, reference materials, approved assets, and communication guidelines in the Community Coordinator role at Start Club Corp.
• Coordinate brand or community content across digital channels and campaign touchpoints as part of the Community Coordinator role at Start Club Corp.
• Monitor audience questions, feedback, comments, and recurring themes and route issues appropriately across marketing, research, and events in this Community Coordinator position.
• Support brand campaigns, launches, partnerships, or community initiatives with organized timelines and assets for the Start Club Corp team as part of Community Coordinator work.
• Track basic engagement, brand, or community metrics and prepare recurring summaries while supporting marketing, research, and events in the Community Coordinator role at Start Club Corp.
• Review customer-facing materials for consistency with approved brand voice and messaging as part of day-to-day Community Coordinator responsibilities at Start Club Corp.

• Strong written communication, organization, customer awareness, and brand judgment for the Community Coordinator opening at Start Club Corp.
• Comfort using social, content, collaboration, spreadsheet, and reporting tools.
• Ability to maintain consistency across multiple assets and channels.
