What they need
Community Growth Lead
Build Community. Create Connection. Grow the Practice.
At Fishel Chiropractic, we believe a thriving practice is built through relationships.
The Community Growth Lead is responsible for creating those relationships outside the four walls of our office and turning Fishel Chiropractic into a recognized, trusted presence throughout our local community.
This role is the connector.
You’ll build relationships with local businesses, gyms, schools, wellness professionals, community organizations, corporate partners, and the people we want to serve. You’ll create opportunities for more people to experience Fishel Chiropractic, generate new patient leads, and help those connections turn into long-term relationships with our practice.
Working closely with the leadership and clinic team, you’ll own community outreach, strategic partnerships, events, local brand awareness, lead generation, and follow-up.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves people, creates connections naturally, and gets energized by being out in the community rather than sitting behind a desk all day.
What You’ll Do
Build Our Community Presence
You’ll be one of the faces of Fishel Chiropractic throughout the community.
You will:
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, gyms, fitness studios, wellness providers, schools, sports organizations, apartment communities, corporate offices, and other aligned organizations.
- Identify new partnership opportunities that introduce Fishel Chiropractic to the right people.
- Create referral relationships with complementary health and wellness professionals.
- Represent Fishel Chiropractic at community events, networking opportunities, health fairs, pop-ups, and local activations.
- Proactively find opportunities for Fishel Chiropractic to become more visible and involved in the community.
- Develop relationships that create consistent referral opportunities rather than one-time exposure.
Create Events & Experiences
You’ll help create opportunities for people to experience the Fishel Chiropractic brand before they ever become a patient.
You will:
- Plan and coordinate community events, workshops, screenings, pop-ups, lunch-and-learns, and partnership activations.
- Coordinate event logistics from initial outreach through execution and follow-up.
- Create an experience at every event that reflects the energy, professionalism, and standard of Fishel Chiropractic.
- Capture prospective patient information and create a clear next step for people interested in the practice.
- Follow up after events and partnerships so opportunities turn into appointments and relationships.
Generate & Nurture New Patient Opportunities
Community engagement matters because it creates real relationships and real growth.
You will:
- Generate qualified new patient leads through partnerships, events, referrals, and community outreach.
- Consistently follow up with prospective patients and community contacts.
- Work with the clinic team to move interested prospects from initial connection to scheduled appointment.
- Maintain organized records of partnerships, leads, events, and follow-up activity.
- Track which events, partnerships, and outreach efforts are generating results.
- Look for ways to improve what is working and eliminate activity that creates motion without meaningful results.
Grow the Local Brand
You’ll help make Fishel Chiropractic a name people recognize and trust.
You will:
- Identify stories, partnerships, patient wins, events, and community moments worth sharing.
- Capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content while representing the practice in the community.
- Collaborate with the team on local social media and community-focused content.
- Help generate excitement around practice initiatives, events, and partnerships.
- Protect and represent the Fishel Chiropractic brand with professionalism wherever you go.
Support an Exceptional Patient Experience
This role doesn’t stop once someone walks through the door.
You will:
- Help new patients feel welcomed and connected to the practice.
- Support the clinic team during high-impact events and patient experience initiatives.
- Build relationships with current patients and identify opportunities for referrals and deeper community connection.
- Help create an environment where patients want to tell their friends, families, coworkers, and communities about Fishel Chiropractic.
Who You Are
You’re a connector.
You can walk into a room where you know no one and leave with relationships.
You’re comfortable starting conversations, following up, asking for the next step, and representing something you genuinely believe in.
You don’t need someone handing you a checklist every morning. You notice opportunities and move on them.
You bring:
- Experience in community engagement, hospitality, fitness, wellness, events, sales, marketing, business development, or a similar relationship-driven role.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence meeting new people and initiating conversations.
- Strong follow-through. You don’t collect business cards and forget about them.
- Organization and the ability to manage multiple relationships, events, and follow-ups at once.
- A proactive, ownership-minded approach to your work.
- Genuine interest in health, wellness, chiropractic care, and helping people.
- Comfort working toward measurable goals around outreach, leads, partnerships, appointments, and practice growth.
- Flexibility to attend occasional early morning, evening, or weekend community events when needed.
How Success Will Be Measured
This is a relationship-driven role with measurable outcomes.
Success may include:
- New community partnerships established and maintained
- Qualified leads generated through community outreach
- New patient appointments originating from partnerships and events
- Referral activity from community partners
- Event participation and follow-up
- Lead-to-appointment conversion
- Growth of Fishel Chiropractic’s local visibility and community presence
We care about activity, but we care even more about what that activity creates.
Why This Role Matters
Every person who walks through the doors of Fishel Chiropractic is looking for something.
They may be looking for answers. They may be searching for a different approach to their health. They may want to feel better, move better, get back to doing what they love, or finally understand what has been holding them back.
But before we can care for them, they have to find us.
That’s why this role matters.
The Community Growth Lead creates the connection between the people in our community who are searching for better health and the team at Fishel Chiropractic who is ready to serve them.
Your work gets us outside of our four walls. You build the relationships, create the opportunities, start the conversations, and help people discover that there may be another path forward for their health.
And when the right person walks through our doors because of a relationship you built, an event you created, or a conversation you started, your impact doesn’t end when the appointment gets booked.
That appointment could change the trajectory of someone’s life.
You are helping bring people to our doors so our team can do what we do best: provide exceptional care, help people find answers, and give them an opportunity to experience what better health can make possible.
That’s the job. Bring people to the door. Give us the opportunity to change their lives.
The Community Growth Lead makes sure more people have the opportunity to experience it.
You’ll help build the bridge between Fishel Chiropractic and the community we serve.
The right person in this role won’t simply attend events or post on social media. You’ll build a network around the practice that consistently creates relationships, referrals, new patients, and greater impact.
If you love people, believe in health and wellness, and get excited about turning a conversation into a relationship and a relationship into community, we’d love to meet you.
