ABOUT spARK LABS

spARK Labs by ARK Invest is a nonprofit business incubator at the ARK Innovation Center in St. Petersburg, FL. The Community Coordinator is the first point of contact for members, guests, and partners — responsible for building access, events, and keeping our space running to a high standard.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and check in every person entering the building
• Monitor conference room bookings and resolve conflicts as they arise
• Coordinate setup and logistics for Lunch and Learns and member programming
• Maintain building security protocols at all times
• Keep the lobby and common areas presentable; flag issues to the team promptly

• A professional, warm presence — comfortable being the face of a place
• Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
• Calm under pressure during events or back-to-back competing needs
• Comfortable learning new tools (Verkada, Nexudus, Outlook, Teams)

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
