One of my clients in the gaming industry is looking for a Community Ecosystem Development Manager to strengthen player communities and expand market reach across Indonesia.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building communities, organizing offline activations, developing partnerships, and exploring new market opportunities, particularly across regional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new market segments and strengthen existing player communities.
• Plan and execute offline events, grassroots activities, and regional marketing activations.
• Build relationships with local communities, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Analyze community engagement and market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop localized marketing strategies to increase participation and long-term engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure successful execution across multiple regions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in community development, gaming, esports, FMCG, business development, partnerships, marketing activation, or project management.
• Strong interest in gaming and a good understanding of the gaming ecosystem.
• Experience managing offline events, regional projects, or market expansion initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Adaptable, proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
