Community Engagement Apprentice (Secure Circle)

Veritas Creative Media is hiring a part-time Community Engagement Apprentice for Secure Circle, the online community where members practice Adam Lane Smith's attachment methodology together, week after week, alongside his coaching team.

About the Role

You'll be the daily presence inside Secure Circle, making sure every member feels seen, supported, and guided through their attachment healing journey. You'll be in Circle every day, welcoming people, sparking conversations, and connecting members with the right coach or resource. This is a leadership role that runs on judgment and initiative. It is not a coaching role.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every new member personally, responding to what they actually wrote
• Respond to posts, wins, reflections, and weekly challenge reports across free and Plus spaces
• Post conversation starters and weekly prompts like Friday Wins, and keep threads going past the first reply
• Spot posts that need a coach, route them to the right one, and follow up until they're answered
• Help members find their right next step, whether that's Secure Circle Plus, an Attachment Training Intensive, or private coaching
• Lead the Community Mentors program, a small group of the community's most engaged members
• Post event reminders, recaps, and announcements using templates and AI tools we provide
• Keep the community healthy: clear spam and flag sensitive situations to the team
• Send a weekly summary of activity, member insights, and feedback
• Keep the brand voice in every interaction: warm, direct, emotionally intelligent, never clinical or salesy

What We're Looking For

• Strong writing in a warm, human, direct tone, without sounding robotic or over-polished
• Ability to write prompts, replies, and short-form copy that get people talking
• Empathy and emotional intelligence: you understand people going through something hard and meet them where they are
• Judgment to know when to encourage and when to hand a conversation to a coach
• Self-directed and reliable: you show up consistently and bring your own ideas without being micromanaged
• Comfort with online community platforms (Circle experience is a plus, not required)
• Genuine interest in attachment theory, relationships, or personal development
• Availability for a daily check-in, including a light one on weekends, in US-aligned time zones

What We Offer

$1,200/month retainer plus a complimentary Secure Circle Plus membership

Hands-on training, with daily feedback in your first two weeks and a weekly 1:1 after that

The chance to work directly alongside the coaching team

A path forward: consistent results over about six months open a conversation about a larger Community Manager role, with pay to match
