- Help with the team's Lil' Fish Reading Program
- Help with registration and execution of the Kids Club
- Schedule and attend various community events on behalf of the Kenosha Kingfish
- Assist with stadium operations during the season
- Assist with on-field game day promotions
- Provide superior service to clients, existing ticket holders, prospects, and single game customers
- All other duties as assigned by General Manager
