Main Responsibilities:
- Review conversations, posts and questions on Reddit and other online platforms
- Understand the context, tone, and intent of each discussion before responding
- Create original, natural and human-sounding replies based on the situation
- Improve or rewrite system-generated responses when needed
- Publish approved replies directly through the appropriate platform account
- Continue conversations professionally when users respond
- Identify conversations that may show genuine interest about the client
- Review which replies perform well and us the results to improve future responses
- Provide feedback and examples that can help improve the system's suggested replies
