Community Event Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design, schedule, and host community-building events and recurring lifestyle activities tailored to resident demographics
• Oversee all event logistics including budgeting, vendor negotiations, catering, and entertainment
• Act as the main on-site contact during events, gather resident feedback, and collaborate with marketing to promote upcoming activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• At least 5 years in event planning, hospitality, or residential lifestyle coordination
• Strong project management, budget control, and vendor negotiation skills
• Exceptional communication and networking abilities to connect genuinely with residents
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to align with community events
• Proficiency with event management software, Microsoft Office, and basic communication/social platforms
