We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our growing Nashville team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, developing communication skills, and contributing to a purpose-driven team.

What You'll Do

• Represent nonprofit organizations through face-to-face fundraising and community outreach.
• Engage with members of the public at designated events and approved outreach locations.
• Educate potential donors about nonprofit missions and fundraising programs.
• Build rapport through professional, engaging, and respectful conversations.
• Help individuals understand donation options and make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve fundraising and campaign goals.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and ongoing professional development.

Previous experience in fundraising, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or events is welcome but not required. We provide hands-on training for qualified candidates.

Compensation & Schedule

• Employment classification: W-2 employee.
• Compensation: [Weekly].
• Schedule: [9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.].
• Work location: In person in Nashville, TN.
