About us

The Hospital Research Foundation Group exists to deliver hope through life-changing medical research, improved care in hospitals and specialised support services in the community. We work across a broad range of diseases and illnesses to help create better health and wellbeing outcomes.

In Western Australia, we build on a proud history of supporting innovation and excellence in medical research and patient care. Join our team to help strengthen the partnerships and community fundraising programs that generate awareness and vital income for better health outcomes across Western Australia. You will be part of a purpose-driven organisation where collaboration, innovation and relationships are central to our impact.

About the role

Reporting to the Growth Impact Lead – WA, the Community Fundraising Coordinator will support the development, growth and delivery of fundraising, peer-to-peer initiatives, corporate partnerships and sponsorships. You will build strong relationships with individuals, businesses and community organisations to grow engagement, awareness and fundraising income.

Working closely with internal teams, external suppliers, partners and supporters, you will coordinate results-driven campaigns and activations aligned with our Strategic Plan. This hands-on role combines relationship management, business development and accurate reporting, with some out-of-hours work and travel required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of partnership, sponsorship and community fundraising plans aligned with organisational strategy.
  • Identify and cultivate new corporate partners, sponsors, community groups and fundraising opportunities across Western Australia.
  • Nurture existing relationships and create mutually beneficial engagement and campaign opportunities.

You will bring:
