Objetivo del puesto:
Garantizar la operatividad y buen estado de las instalaciones mediante la ejecución de mantenimientos menores, la coordinación de trabajos con proveedores externos y la gestión de registros en las plataformas internas de mantenimiento.JD by role

Responsabilidades principales:
Realizar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos menores en oficina (electricidad básica, plomería ligera, mobiliario, pintura, aire acondicionado básico, entre otros).

Coordinar y supervisar la ejecución de mantenimientos realizados por proveedores externos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y tiempo.

Registrar, actualizar y cerrar órdenes de trabajo en la plataforma interna de gestión de mantenimiento.

Apoyar en la inspección periódica de las instalaciones para detectar necesidades de reparación o mejora.

Gestionar materiales, herramientas y equipos requeridos para la ejecución de mantenimientos menores.

Apoyar al equipo de operaciones en tareas relacionadas con infraestructura y servicios generales.

Cumplir con las políticas de seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente aplicables al sitio.

Requisitos:
Educación mínima: Técnico en mantenimiento, electricidad, mecánica, plomería o afines.

Experiencia mínima de 5 años en mantenimiento general o facilities en entornos corporativos.

Conocimiento básico en coordinación de proveedores y administración de órdenes de trabajo.

Manejo de plataformas digitales o sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento (CMMS o similares).

Habilidad para resolver problemas técnicos de forma práctica y segura.

Buena comunicación y orientación al servicio.
