Community Intern

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or final-year student with no class attendance requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive) and/or Microsoft Office.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills and responsive in coordinating with internal teams and community members.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate campaign submission forms from Special Members.
• Ensure all submitted data and documents comply with campaign guidelines and requirements.
• Follow up with Special Members regarding incomplete submissions or required revisions.
• Prepare and maintain periodic campaign progress reports and recaps.
• Manage and update participant databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Support the Community Team with daily administrative tasks and operational needs.
