Community Intern (Crypto)

We are a small, founder led crypto startup building a product for active traders. We are in stealth, and the product is not public yet.

Right now we are building our first community: a private Telegram group of real crypto traders who will be first in line when we open. Your job is to fill it with the right people and keep it alive. You are paid for every real member you bring.

What you will do

• Find active crypto traders on X and in trading Telegram groups.
• Invite them personally, one to one, into our private Telegram group using your own invite link. No mass DMs and no bots.
• Welcome new members and keep conversations going.
• Keep the group clean: remove spam, scams and bots.
• Send a short weekly update: how many people you invited, how many joined, and where you found them.

Pay (performance only)

There is no fixed stipend. You earn ₹30 for every verified member who joins through your invite link.

A verified member is a real person with a real X account / Linkedin account:

• The X / Linkedin account is more than 6 months old, has a profile photo, and has posted in the last 30 days.
• They are interested in crypto or trading, judging by their posts.
• They are a real person, not a bot, a fresh account or a bought account.
• They join through your link and are still in the group 7 days later.
• One payment per person: duplicates and alternate accounts do not count.

For example, 500 verified members in a month pays ₹15,000. Payouts are monthly, for members who passed their 14 days. The best interns get first chance at a role when we launch.

What we are looking for

• You are active on Crypto Twitter and in trading Telegram groups, and you know the culture.
• You write clear, friendly messages in English or another Foreign language is a plus.
• You can keep a secret, and you work on your own without being chased.
• Bonus: your own following on X, or experience running a Telegram or Discord community.

How we work

• No spam, no fake or bought accounts, no paid followers or engagement. Fake members are removed and not paid.
• We never promise anyone profits or give financial advice.

• Remote, anywhere in India. Flexible hours.
• 3 month internship, starting as soon as possible.
• You report directly to the founder.

How to apply

Apply on Indeed and answer three questions:

• Your X handle and your Telegram username.
• Name 3 places (X communities, Telegram groups, Discord servers) where you would find active crypto traders.
• Write the exact first message you would send a trader to join a private group for a product you cannot describe yet (under 300 characters).

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
