COMMUNITY LIAISON / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and outgoing Community Liaison to join our growing team!
We’re looking for someone who:
● Has Home Health marketing/business development experience
● Has established relationships within the healthcare community
● Can build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, SNFs, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources
● Is motivated to generate new referrals and grow our patient census
● Has excellent communication and networking skills
● Is professional, reliable, and results-driven
