As Community Life Manager, you’ll be expected to understand what is really happening across the service: identifying patterns, asking the extra question, investigating concerns and turning information into practical action. You’ll combine operational leadership with strong sector knowledge to ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality support and teams have the clarity, resources and accountability to deliver it.

The exciting opportunity

• Oversee the delivery and development of community-based aged care services.
• Apply your Support at Home knowledge across service delivery, funding and client outcomes.
• Lead and support frontline teams delivering person-centred care.
• Monitor service quality, client experience, compliance and operational performance.
• Investigate concerns, incidents, complaints and emerging risks thoroughly.
• Look beneath the surface to understand patterns, contributing factors and root causes.
• Use data, feedback and professional judgement to identify where action is required.
• Ensure services align with aged care standards, legislation, policies and funding requirements.
• Work closely with clients, families, support workers, coordinators and clinical stakeholders.
• Identify service gaps and opportunities to improve pathways and client outcomes.
• Manage resources, budgets and service capacity responsibly.
• Contribute to sustainable growth while maintaining quality and compliance.

• Competitive salary - $90,000 - $100,000 + super + salary packaging + car allowance

About you

• You are an experienced aged care and community services leader who is naturally curious, analytical and observant.
• Demonstrated experience in Aged Care and Support at Home.
• Relevant tertiary qualification Human Services/Case Management - desirable
• Community Management experience essential
• Clearances: NDIS screening, Police, WWCC, First Aid
• C-Class driver’s licence
