Community Manager & Content Creator

About the role

This role combines community management with hands-on content creation. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media presence, growing our community and ensuring Maison Ysaé maintains a strong, consistent and inspiring digital presence.

Maison Ysaé is a premium face and body sculpting brand based in Bangkok. We're growing beyond the spa into a full lifestyle universe (treatments, skincare, new studios), and our content and community are at the heart of how we bring that world to life.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels and other social content
• Develop creative content ideas, concepts, hooks and formats adapted to each platform
• Shoot content in our studios: treatments, products, team, behind-the-scenes, events and lifestyle
• Edit short-form videos and adapt content to Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
• Manage daily social media activity, including posting, scheduling, comments and DMs
• Build and engage the Maison Ysaé community and encourage meaningful interactions
• Monitor social media trends, sounds, formats and opportunities
• Manage and maintain the content calendar and content library
• Support influencer and creator collaborations and community activations
• Monitor social media performance and share insights and recommendations

Working conditions

• Salary starting at THB 40,000/month
• 5 days per week
• 13 days paid annual leave
• On-site position
• Office located at Soi Sukhumvit 31, Bangkok
