Community Manager

We are seeking a versatile and creative Community Manager & Content Creator to own our digital presence from end to end. In this hands-on role, you will visit our manufacturing facility to capture photo and video content, edit engaging short-form videos, and manage our Instagram and TikTok channels to drive growth and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Production: Plan, direct, shoot, and edit high-quality visual content (photos, Reels, TikToks) directly at our furniture factory.
• Video Editing: Post-produce engaging short-form videos optimized for TikTok and Instagram algorithms (adding captions, sound effects, trending audio, and transitions).
• Social Media Management: Schedule, post, and publish content consistently across Instagram and TikTok.
• Community Engagement: Write compelling captions, manage comments and direct messages, and build an active online community.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor post analytics, track key metrics, and adjust content strategy to improve reach and engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or Community Manager (portfolio or links to past work required).
• Strong hands-on skills in photography and video shooting (using professional cameras or high-end mobile devices).
• Proficiency in video editing software/apps (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• In-depth understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Ability to regularly work on-site at our factory facility.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
