Community Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage consumer communities to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
• Build strong relationships with community members and relevant consumer groups.
• Plan and execute community activation programs, events, workshops, and gatherings.
• Develop strategies to grow community membership, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, KOL, Sales, and Product Development teams.
• Manage community communication across social media, WhatsApp, events, and digital platforms.
• Gather and analyze consumer insights, feedback, and community needs to support brand and product development.
• Build partnerships with parenting, family, food enthusiast, and other relevant communities.
• Monitor and report community performance, engagement, and program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Community Management, Brand Activation, KOL Management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in building and managing online and offline communities.
• Creative and proactive in developing community engagement and activation programs.
• Good understanding of social media, digital communities, and consumer engagement.
• Strong ability to analyze consumer insights and feedback.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for FMCG Food, lifestyle, parenting, or consumer products is a plus.
