Community Manager | The Community Company (Venice, CA)

The Community Company builds premium private communities for people in finance. Our flagship, Aces, is a curated network of 150+ venture capitalists; our second community, Insiders, serves 80+ institutional LPs.

We're hiring a founding community manager to help:

• Organize + run intimate 8-12 person dinner parties across NY and SF
• Plan our 40+ person annual trips to destinations like Bozeman and Jackson Hole
• Work with member volunteers to help run our communities day to day
• Handle day-to-day member relationships, from onboarding to check-ins

Who does well here : you're detail-obsessed, reliable, and highly relational. You love people! Work is a central pillar of your life right now. You don't have years of experience, but you're the kind of person things can be handed to.

Compensation & benefits : $80,000, with health insurance, and meaningful ownership of your lane fast. On a six-person team, you'll be trusted with more in three months than most companies give in three years. Full-time, in person at our Venice office.

Our hiring process : a short application question (below), a brief intro call, work submissions from prior roles, an IRL at our office, then an offer. We move quickly, with a 2-3 week aim start to finish.
