> ROLE MISSION - Strengthen ORIGIN’s community (Discord) through overseeing moderators, developing community strategies, and driving growth for ORIGIN communities in new verticals.

> RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead daily management of the ORIGIN Discord community, including member activity, conversations, moderation, and engagement
• Oversee and support community moderators, including onboarding, feedback, escalation management, and maintaining community standards
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies, programming, campaigns, and member initiatives to strengthen retention and community culture
• Identify emerging community trends, fandom behaviors, and new audience opportunities to help shape community strategy and expansion
• Track and analyze community data and metrics (e.g., member retention, active users, engagement rates, growth, and campaign KPIs), and present insights and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
• Support campaign execution within the Discord community alongside the Campaign Operations team to help deliver on campaign objectives and KPIs
• Lead community growth initiatives and support the expansion of ORIGIN communities into new verticals
• Familiarity with Discord bots

> COLLABORATION:

• Work with leadership to develop and execute community growth and expansion strategies across new verticals
• Partner with moderators and community members to maintain a strong, welcoming, and highly engaged Discord environment
• Collaborate closely with Campaign Operations to support VANTA campaign execution and community engagement initiatives

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
