NOBLE LIFE - ONSITE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT COUPLE

Noble Life New Norfolk is seeking an experienced, capable and community-minded management couple team - to live onsite and lead our New Norfolk lifestyle community. This is a hands-on role for people who take pride in resident experience, presentation and sales, with the opportunity to shape the culture of a growing community from its early stages.

THE ROLE

• Oversee day-to-day community operations and provide responsive, professional service to residents.
• Build a welcoming, connected community through regular communication, activities and resident engagement.
• Maintain high standards across presentation, landscaping and common facilities, coordinating staff, suppliers and contractors as required.
• Manage administration, records, reporting, policies and relevant compliance requirements.
• Host enquiries, conduct inspections and guide prospective residents through the home-purchase journey.
• Support home sales and settlements, with commission payable on successful sales, and work collaboratively to meet the practical needs of an onsite community.

THE PACKAGE

• Combined base salary of $100,000 per annum.
• Home re-sales commission in addition to the base salary.
• A modern three-bedroom home with a double garage provided onsite as part of the package.
• A long-term opportunity commencing in November 2026, helping establish a premium Noble Life community in an attractive Tasmanian location.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Previous onsite management experience in a lifestyle village, residential park, retirement community, hospitality property or a comparable environment.
• Strong people skills and the maturity to communicate with residents, families, contractors and prospective purchasers.
• Demonstrated sales capability and the confidence to convert enquiries into home sales without compromising trust or service.
• Sound administration, computer and reporting skills, with a disciplined approach to compliance and follow-through.
• A practical, solutions-focused attitude and a shared commitment to a safe, beautifully presented and welcoming community.
• Must have a company or ABN as role is a management contractor engagement
