We specialize in event-based marketing and fundraising campaigns that help nonprofit organizations expand their reach, connect with new supporters, and increase awareness for important causes. Our team works directly with communities throughout the Austin area, creating personal connections that help turn awareness into action.

Through face-to-face outreach, live events, and community-based campaigns, we help nonprofit organizations connect with people in a way that feels more personal and engaging than traditional advertising.

We are currently looking for a Community Marketing Assistant to join our growing fundraising and outreach team in Austin, Texas.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, retail locations, pop-ups, and outreach campaigns
• Engage with members of the public and educate them about nonprofit programs, initiatives, and causes
• Help generate awareness and fundraising support for nonprofit campaigns
• Set up and maintain event displays and outreach materials
• Create positive, professional interactions with potential supporters
• Work alongside a collaborative team in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
• Develop practical skills in communication, marketing, fundraising, and leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Motivated by goals and personal growth
• Interested in marketing, fundraising, events, outreach, or nonprofit work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• At least three years of completed college coursework in a related field
• Previous experience is not required; complete hands-on training is provided

Pay: $650.00 - $840.00 per week
