What they need

Are You a Natural Connector?

Are you creative, energetic, and passionate about bringing people together? Do you thrive on building relationships, creating memorable experiences, and turning ideas into reality?

At O: live Hotels, we are launching an exciting membership program designed to connect our guests and members through wellness, hospitality, culinary experiences, and personal enrichment. As our Community Membership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing this community by serving as the bridge between our current/potential members, our guests, restaurants, wellness partners, hotel teams, and the exciting experiences that bring them all together.

Job Description

The Community Membership Manager serves as the primary liaison between our membership community, hotel operations, restaurants, wellness partners, and guests. This individual will be responsible for developing, organizing, promoting, and executing engaging experiences that align with our wellness, relaxation, and lifestyle-focused brand.

This is not a role where activities are handed to you. We are looking for a self-starter, someone who thrives on initiative, builds connections naturally, identifies opportunities, and transforms ideas into memorable experiences for our members and guests.

This is more than an events position. It is an opportunity to build a thriving community, drive membership growth, establish strategic partnerships, and create experiences that embody our brand's commitment to wellness, relaxation, and meaningful connection.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Hotel Experiences & Community Programming

  • Develop and maintain a monthly activity calendar featuring engaging experiences for members and hotel guests.
  • Create unique, interactive, and memorable activities aligned with our wellness, relaxation, and lifestyle brand.
  • Coordinate experiences that may include culinary events, food & beverage pairings, wellness workshops, cultural activities, networking events, and seasonal programming.
  • Work closely with hotel departments to ensure seamless planning/execution of all activities.
  • Collaborate with restaurant partners to create exclusive packages, promotions, and experiences for members and hotel guests.
  • Continuously identify new opportunities to enhance the member and guest experience.
  • Manage logistics, vendor communication, scheduling, promotion, and on-site hosting of events.

2. Health & Wellness Partnerships

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the membership program and Origin, our wellness and spa concept.
  • Develop wellness-focused initiatives, promotions, and experiences while maintaining alignment with the brand's philosophy.
  • Establish partnerships with wellness professionals, fitness instructors, holistic practitioners, nutrition experts, and other aligned providers.
  • Support the creation of wellness packages and exclusive member benefits.

3. Social Networking & Educational Experiences

  • Organize professional networking events, masterclasses, educational sessions, and community gatherings.
  • Identify & find speakers, facilitators, and industry professionals whose expertise aligns with wellness, personal development, hospitality, entrepreneurship, and holistic living.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to create meaningful collaborations.
  • Act as an ambassador for the membership community and brand values.

4. Membership Growth & Program Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective members.
  • Promote membership benefits and actively contribute to membership sales and retention efforts.
  • Create strategies to increase member engagement, participation, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with members to understand their interests and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Food & Beverage, and Wellness teams to ensure consistent communication and program success.
  • Monitor program performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and overall program success.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured through:

  • Membership growth and acquisition.
  • Membership retention and engagement rates.
  • Event attendance and participation.
  • Revenue generated through memberships and associated experiences.
  • Number and quality of strategic partnerships established.
  • Member satisfaction and guest feedback.
  • Successful execution of monthly programming initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, community management, event planning, membership programs, business development, sales, or related fields.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sales, networking, and business development abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience coordinating events, partnerships, or community programs is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule
  • Health insurance
