What this job is
You bring new patients through the door by getting out in the community and building relationships. You'll run events, give presentations, and set up referral relationships with other local providers and businesses. If you don't like talking to strangers, this isn't the job.

What you'll do

• Plan and run community events: health fairs, workplace talks, school and church events, and local expos.
• Give presentations on chiropractic and holistic care to groups, and keep improving them. We'll train you, but you have to be willing to stand up and talk And learn
• Find and build referral relationships with PTs, massage therapists, trainers, gyms, personal injury attorneys, primary care offices, and similar businesses.
• Visit those partners in person, regularly. Email and texting alone doesn't count.
• Follow up with every lead within 24 hours and get them scheduled.
• Track everything in a simple weekly report: events, contacts, new patient appointments booked, and new patients who showed up.
• Work some Saturdays and occasional evenings for fairs and events. We'll give you the dates in advance And you will help to create this schedule.

Who we're looking for

• Outgoing, comfortable starting conversations with strangers, and persistent without being pushy.
• Reliable. You show up on time, especially when it's a Saturday.
• Interested in chiropractic or holistic health, or willing to learn it fast. Prior experience in a chiropractic or wellness setting is a plus, not a requirement.
• Comfortable being measured on results.
• Organized enough to run a calendar and follow up on your own.
• Reliable transportation.
• Knows how to be organized and create organization

How you'll be measured

• new patient appointments from outreach per month
• events or presentations per month
• new referral partners per month
• Show rate on booked appointments

Pay and schedule

• hourly until a bonus structure increases your pay depending on output.
• 30 plus event weekends

Experience

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or marketing project management is valuable; bring relevant strengths rather than every specialty listed. Prefferable
• Familiarity with Google AdWords, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation implementation is helpful.
• Strong content writing, research, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Or know how it use AI to help with this.
• Experience managing marketing, advertising, or public relations teams is preferred, as are skills in product management, sales, and print advertising. Preferable.

Pay: $51,200.00 - $75,000.00 per year
