About the role

Come and join our amazing team! Amberley Pharmacy is seeking a motivated, customer focused pharmacist to join our team from November/December 2026 (dates can be flexible). This is a full time role (up to 40 hours per week) ideally suited to someone with community pharmacy experience, although newly registered pharmacists looking to learn and grow in pharmacy experience are welcome to apply.

Amberley Pharmacy is a locally owned and operated independent pharmacy in North Canterbury, a 35 minute drive from Christchurch and approximately 20 minutes from Kaiapoi and Rangiora.

We are passionate about serving our local community and providing an excellent team environment for our team of pharmacists, technicians, a checking technician, retail staff and a nurse. We go the extra mile to provide a knowledgeable, friendly service to our local population, and we also service the wider Hurunui community including rural areas via our courier services. We work closely with five medical practices spread over a large geographical area. We have been looking after our patients and their families for a long time and have a very close bond with our community.

All applicants must have NZ working experience. Excellent remuneration will be given to the successful candidate, and we will consider contributing to relocation fees if required. APC/PDA fees and professional development fees will also be covered.
