Community Pharmacist

About the role

Join Alphabet Pharmacy Sdn Bhd as a Community Pharmacist in Putrajaya. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care and advice to our customers, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will play a key role in improving patient outcomes and promoting overall community wellbeing.

What you'll be doing

• Dispense and counsel patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications
• Monitor patients' medication therapy and provide recommendations to optimise treatment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Provide health education and wellness information to the community
• Assist in the management of the pharmacy, including inventory control and quality assurance

What we're looking for

• Registered Pharmacist with a valid practicing certificate
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide patient-centred care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
