Job Description
We are seeking a Community Programs Trainee to join our Community Operations team. The ideal candidate will support the delivery of learning kits, program documentation, and center operations, working closely with supervisors and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the safe delivery of learning kits to program centers and designated team members.
• Maintain delivery logs and communicate dispatch and receipt statuses in real time.
• Support documentation, assessments, and graduation activities.
• Conduct center visits and support partner meetings.
• Support supervisors in resolving operational and syncing challenges.
• Support device preparation and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Communications, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
• Own motorcycle preferred.
