Community Registered Nurse

• Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualised care plans.
• Provide direct clinical care, including wound management, medication administration, catheter care, continence management, and chronic disease support.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making timely adjustments to care plans.
• Educate clients, families, and carers on health management and preventative care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including GPs, allied health professionals, and support workers.
• Document all care provided in line with professional and organisational standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and infection control initiatives.
• Respond to clinical emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Support and mentor enrolled nurses and support staff as required.

Pay: $57,081.35 – $116,803.56 per year
