Community Relation Officer

We are looking for a qualified, proactive, and experienced Community Relations Officer to join our team for an ongoing DPWH infrastructure construction project.

Position: Community Relations Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,Communication, Public Relations, Political Science, Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related field.
• Must be a resident of Muntinlupa City.
• With relevant work experience in DPWH infrastructure, road construction, or other government infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Experience in community relations, stakeholder engagement, public consultation, or community development is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with local government units (LGUs), barangay officials, community leaders, affected residents, and other stakeholders.
• Good report-writing, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and attend community meetings as required.
