At Enderun Extension, we're looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Community Relations Executive who will play a vital role in creating an exceptional learner and client experience while helping grow our dynamic professional learning community.

What You'll Do

As our Community Relations Executive, you'll be the face of Enderun Extension—connecting with learners, corporate partners, and stakeholders while creating experiences that strengthen our community and support business growth.

Community & Client Experience

• Build meaningful relationships with learners, corporate clients, alumni, partners, and the wider community.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure an outstanding client experience throughout the learner journey.
• Manage customer profiles and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales & Business Development

• Generate leads and convert prospects into program participants and corporate clients.
• Promote training programs, executive education courses, events, and other learning solutions.
• Support sales campaigns and follow up on inquiries to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell programs and maximize client value.
• Develop partnerships that expand Enderun Extension's reach and market presence.
• Support the Business Development and Sales Team in achieving enrollment and revenue goals through proactive client engagement and relationship management.

Events & Community Engagement

• Conceptualize, organize, and execute engaging learning events, networking activities, and corporate engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful experiences.
• Drive initiatives that increase community participation, learner engagement, and client retention.

Marketing & Public Relations

• Support marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and program visibility.
• Represent Enderun Extension at industry events, corporate meetings, educational fairs, and networking activities.
• Assist in implementing public relations initiatives that promote programs, services, and events.

Operations & Administration

• Support the day-to-day operations of Enderun Extension programs and events.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure seamless delivery of training sessions and activities.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management.
• Respond to client inquiries or coordinate with the appropriate team to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Experience in sales, lead generation, account management, or corporate client servicing is a strong advantage.
• Experience in events management or training coordination is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
• A proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Able to remain calm, professional, and persuasive under pressure.
• A collaborative team player with a passion for learning, innovation, and service excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
