Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development & Community Relations Representative to develop and maintain relationships with retirement communities, senior living professionals, healthcare providers, and other referral partners. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, meeting people, and helping seniors while contributing directly to the growth of an established company.

Responsibilites

• Build relationships with retirement communities, senior living professionals, and referral sources.
• Schedule and conduct in-person visits with Executive Directors, Sales Directors, Resident Services Coordinators, and other decision makers.
• Identify new business opportunities throughout Metro Atlanta.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, chamber meetings, and senior-focused events.
• Follow-up consistently with prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and personal visits.
• Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Experience in sales, business development, healthcare, senior living, marketing, or community relations is preferred
• Compensation
