The Opportunity
Come join a mission driven Home Health agency and be the face and heart of our growth! We're a newly launched BrightStar Care franchise serving 11 zip codes across King and Snohomish Counties. This isn't a traditional sales job. You will work alongside a supportive leadership team that are determined to bring person-centered care to our community, and committed to help you fully realize your potential! If you've worked in Healthcare in some hands-on way — as a CNA, a medical assistant, a therapy aide, a pharmacy tech — and you're ready to trade the floor, the counter, or the clinic for a role where you build the relationships that connect families to great care, we want to meet you.
You'll be our first dedicated relationship builder: a true ground-floor role with real earning upside as the territory grows around you, and hands-on support from BrightStar's national Sales Enablement team to help you develop the business side of the role.
What Success Looks Like
Relationship building is the key to Success. You are tasked to build a steadily growing network of referral partners who trust you, a calendar full of face-to-face visits with a clear purpose behind each one, and families who felt genuinely helped from their first phone call through their first week of care.
What You'll Do
Grow Referral Partnerships
- Map, prioritize, and grow a portfolio of referral relationships with all tiers of local health care facilities.
- Conduct consistent, purposeful visits with healthcare and community partners across the territory, with a plan and a value proposition for every stop.
- Represent BrightStar at community events and local outreach, including our quarterly educational event series.
Grow Client & Family Relationships
- Respond to inquiries with warmth and speed, and guide families through the process of understanding their care options.
- Join Living Room Visits — in-person consultations in a family's home — to understand real needs and recommend the right level of care, in partnership with our clinical team.
Own Your Territory
- Plan your visits with strategic routing across our territory, to maximize real relationship time and minimize windshield time.
- Document and track referral leads in our CRM system; develop or modify your plan based on the analytics
- Meet weekly with the owner for account review, coaching, and problem-solving.
Who You Are
- You are a people person, and a good listener. Genuine and meaningful conversation energizes you.
- You're motivated by our mission as much as by the promise of financial security.
- You possess an instinct for building trust and the willingness to be coached
- You're comfortable in a family's living room as easily as in a discharge planner's office.
- You have a reliable vehicle, a valid WA driver's license, and are comfortable spending most of your week on the road.
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 base salary.
- Uncapped, performance-based bonus, tied to KPIs that reward both sides of the job: referral relationships developed and clients converted into meaningful hours of care.
- Mileage/gas reimbursement.
- Structured onboarding and ongoing development through BrightStar's national Sales Management Program.
- Weekly one-on-one coaching with the owner, a seasoned Sales & Marketing executive.
Logistics
Territory:North King/South Snohomish communities.
Primarily field-based, Monday–Friday, with occasional evening or weekend community events.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
Benefits:
