• Drive room bookings and leasing targets by leading property tours, responding to student inquiries, and closing tenancy agreements.
• Plan and execute vibrant social events, orientation activities, and wellness programs to foster a connected, inclusive resident community.
• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, assist with move-in/move-out logistics, and handle student inquiries to ensure a safe, high-quality living environment.
• Build strong relationships with universities, student unions, study-abroad agencies, and educational partners to drive referral leads.

skills & experiences required.

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in student accommodation, co-living, hospitality, residential leasing or education sector.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) to support a diverse, international student community.
• Energetic, organized, and proactive with strong interpersonal and event-planning skills.
