Community Sales Coordinator

We are looking for someone who:

Enjoys building people and communities, is proactive in finding new opportunities, and takes ownership of reseller growth and sales results.

Contribution Objective
Build a productive reseller community that continuously contributes to monthly sales growth. You will not only manage existing resellers but also actively find, approach, onboard, coach, and develop new resellers.

Main Responsibilities

• Identify and map high-potential resellers.
• Actively approach and onboard new resellers every day.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing resellers.
• Coach resellers to improve their sales performance.
• Provide product knowledge and sales support to resellers.
• Monitor and evaluate reseller performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to make sure products are delivered to customers 100% and on time.
• Take responsibility for reseller growth, not only administrative activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, community, customer service, or a similar role.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable talking to and meeting new people.
• Have an interest in sales and building a community.
• Proactive in finding and approaching new resellers.
• Able to work with targets and follow up regularly.
• Have good leadership and coaching skills.
• Responsible, independent, and willing to take ownership.
• Able to work both independently and with a team.
