We are seeking a creative, organised and community-minded person to join our team on a full-time fixed term contract, covering a staff member on leave. This contract runs until the 19th February 2027. This position can start immediately or negotiable to start at the beginning of Term 4 (6 October 2026)

Your skills:

• Graphic Design

  • Design and create event related internal and external signage and publications
  • Design and create digital media for college based social media accounts

• Community Engagement

  • With external community such as Childcare centres
  • With internal community such as College volunteers/Playgroup
  • Event set up and collaboration

• Digital Marketing

  • Social media creative design and updates

• Media

  • Event photography and videography

• Administration and Food Services

  • General office administration
  • Assist in the Food Services team when required during events

About You

• Prior graphic design experience essential
• Creative and confident in developing engaging marketing content
• Organised with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly and Processional
• Class C Drivers Licence
• Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Active Christian faith and commitment to a church community
• Demonstrates a passion and commitment to the ethos of Groves Christian College
• Maintains high levels of confidentiality and cultivates credibility and honesty
• Demonstrates a respect for and acceptance of differences in students, parents and staff
