Pond Lehocky Giordano is one of the nation’s largest plaintiff-side law firms representing injured and disabled workers. We are seeking a Community Management Intern to join our marketing team and help build and maintain meaningful relationships with our online audiences across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly social, digitally savvy, and interested in building a career in social media, community management, or digital marketing. Community engagement will be the primary focus of the role , with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in content, influencer marketing, analytics, and social strategy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and audience interactions across social media platforms.
• Engage with followers and online communities in a timely, thoughtful, and professional manner.
• Maintain and strengthen the firm's brand voice across all social channels.
• Identify questions, concerns, or customer service issues and escalate them when appropriate.
• Monitor conversations, trends, and relevant topics across social platforms.
• Identify opportunities to proactively engage with users, creators, and relevant online communities.
• Help build relationships with followers and turn social interactions into meaningful community engagement.
• Assist with content scheduling, publishing, and day-to-day social media management.
• Track common audience questions, feedback, and engagement patterns to help inform future content and strategy.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills and excellent judgment when communicating with an online audience.
• Highly active and knowledgeable across social media platforms.
• Naturally engaging, personable, and comfortable interacting with people online.
• Strong understanding of social media culture, trends, and online communities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning new social media platforms and digital tools.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media management platforms is a plus.
