Community Staff

• Manage and engage the gaming community across social media, Discord, and other platforms.
• Build positive relationships with players and community members.
• Gather player feedback and communicate insights to the game development team.
• Create and manage engaging community content and activities.
• Support community events, campaigns, and game updates.
• Monitor community trends, feedback, and player sentiment.
• Respond to player questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year of experience is a plus.
• Passionate about games and familiar with gaming communities.
• Active on social media and familiar with platforms such as Discord, Instagram, TikTok, or X.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
