We are looking for kind, compassionate and reliable Care & Support Workers to join our friendly team providing high-quality care to people in their own homes.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing person-centred care and support in people’s own homes
• Supporting with personal care, medication and daily living
• Encouraging independence and wellbeing
• Supporting people to access their local community
• Building trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Following individual care plans and delivering care safely
• Working as part of a supportive and professional team

We’re looking for people who are:

• Caring, compassionate and genuinely want to help others
• Reliable, responsible and committed
• Respectful and patient
• Confident working independently
• Good communicators
• Full UK driving licence holders with access to their own vehicle

Pay: £12.71-£13.55 per hour
