Responsibilities

' Provide personalized support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.

• Monitor and report on clients' health status, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Support clients with mobility and transportation needs, including driving when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to deliver holistic support.
• Promote independence and dignity for all clients through respectful and empathetic interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices in domiciliary care.'

' Proven experience in assisted living, patient care, or similar settings.

• Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting when required.
• Valid driving license is preferred but not essential.
• Compassionate attitude with a commitment to client well-being.
• Basic first aid certification is advantageous.
